At Eiken Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
